Reopening Plan - STEP 2 Planned for October 4th.

Due to the unpredictability of virus levels, this plan is fluid and changes may occur at any time, including cancelling worship.  The date is dependent on the cases and hospitalizations being in the range set fourth in the reopening plan AND having adequate worship assistants willing to serve.
